Head of Moderation Department (Omsk)

  • Manage of the moderation department (equal distribution of work, control of ongoing support quality, strict control of tasks implementation)
  • Report on the support department work
  • Participate in the development of a support plan for our contests and activities (launch challenges, release stickers, etc.)
  • Write articles and manuals and update of information on the support web sites of the Russian Federation
  • Communicate with all the department employees. If necessary create internal regulations for the department.
